Tourists from around the world come to Morocco every year without anything ever happening – but may face a wide array of challenges such as language barriers, isolation, culture shock and the lack of support structures – if being so unlucky to become a victim or a witness to a crime.. Many are also unfamiliar with the laws and they risk being left stranded in a foreign country without medicine, cash or passport and without the means to support themselves. All of the above is enormously traumatic and the right services of help thus must be put in place – which MOTAS is here to help with.

Some parts of our website are still not quite done – but rest assured that we are on it. We are still in the process of gathering information and data about all you will need to know, is you should be so unfortunately to become a victim or witness to a crime or some kind of traumatizing experience while you are visiting Morocco. We are committed to ensure that MOTAS become a thorough and comprehensive solution for tourists, and we do our best to anticipate any potential shortcomings, and that unfortunately takes time. You will soon be able to meet personally with our adivsors (currently in Tangier only). They speak French, Arbic, English or Spanish. We are available, if you need to talk about waht happned to you if you want somebody to go wtih you e.g. the police station, hospital or embassy.
